 Growth Allocation Scenario Calculators

Executive Summary

Cost savings create optionality. Growth comes from how those dollars are redeployed.

This page focuses on growth allocation scenarios—one of the core ways companies work with NuSpark Profit. Once savings are identified, leadership must decide how much to reinvest, where to deploy it, and what level of return is realistic given funnel economics.

These calculators convert savings into measurable growth projections, using assumptions you control. They are designed to support disciplined capital allocation, not speculative forecasting.

What This Calculator Shows

This calculator shows what happens when a portion of verified cost savings is redeployed into growth.

It translates reinvestment into clear, business-level outcomes, including:

  • how much capital is actually deployed,

  • the volume of demand or opportunities created,

  • expected revenue or gross profit, and

  • the net financial impact after reinvestment.

The scenarios highlight how different allocation levels and funnel performance assumptions change results—making it easier to see where reinvestment produces leverage and where returns begin to flatten.

The goal is not precision forecasting.
The goal is decision clarity: understanding what reinvested dollars are capable of producing under realistic conditions.

How Leadership Uses This

Executives use these scenarios to make practical decisions, such as:

  • How much of our savings should be reinvested versus retained?

  • Which growth path produces the best return for the risk taken?

  • How sensitive outcomes are to changes in CPL, conversion, or deal value?

  • What allocation level supports growth without overstretching execution capacity?

These models are often used in budgeting, board discussions, and planning cycles to defend reinvestment decisions with numbers, not opinions.

Assumptions and Controls

All assumptions are transparent and adjustable.

  • Conversion rates should reflect your actual funnel performance

  • Cost inputs should be conservative, not optimistic

  • Deal values, margins, and ARR are fully editable

  • No uplift is assumed unless you enter it

These are scenario tools, not guarantees. Their value is in showing range and sensitivity, not certainty.

If You Engage

If we engage, Paul Mosenson works directly with your team to turn these scenarios into an executable growth plan.

That includes:

  • Reviewing your current funnel metrics and constraints

  • Validating and adjusting assumptions inside the calculators

  • Identifying which acquisition paths are best suited to your business

  • Translating modeled outcomes into a practical lead generation and follow-up plan

  • Aligning channels, offers, tooling, and workflows to the chosen allocation level

  • Managing performance against the numbers, not assumptions

This is the same disciplined approach Paul has used with other clients to convert cost savings into measurable, defensible growth—without overcommitting capital or relying on optimistic projections.

Next Step

Use the calculators to test different allocation levels and compare outcomes side by side.
Identify where reinvestment creates meaningful impact and where returns diminish.

If helpful, we can review the scenarios together and align them with:

  • a valuation-first growth plan, or

  • a parallel savings-and-growth execution strategy based on priority and timing.

These calculators translate cost savings into practical growth projections. You enter the savings identified, decide how much to reinvest, and the model shows what that reinvestment could generate—leads, RFQs, trials, qualified opportunities, closed customers, and the resulting revenue or gross profit.

Every assumption is transparent and editable, so the math reflects your funnel economics, not a generic template.

There are four tailored versions:

  • General B2B: lead → SQL → close

  • Manufacturing: RFQ cost and close rates

  • SaaS: lead magnet or trial paths with CAC, payback, and optional LTV

  • B2C: lead magnet → offer with CAC, revenue, gross profit, and LTV:CAC

Defaults are conservative and grounded, but you can adjust CPL, conversion rates, deal value, margin, or ARR to match your business.

Use the outputs to compare different allocation levels, test how CPL and conversions affect results, and evaluate CAC, payback, LTV:CAC, and net growth. The purpose is straightforward: help you see where reinvested dollars create the most impact and give you defensible budgets backed by numbers.
