How I Select the Right Partners

From Paul Mosenson, Profit Consultant

When I work with a business to improve its bottom line, I take full responsibility for every aspect of the process—including who gets involved behind the scenes. The companies I bring into the picture aren’t just vendors—they’re experienced, results-driven firms that have earned my trust.

My role is to act as your Profit Project Manager, and that means being extremely selective about the partners I choose. Every company I work with has been personally evaluated based on what I consider the most important factors: experience, results, process, and efficiency.

Experience That’s Been Proven Over Time

I look for firms with real-world experience in their area of specialization. These are companies that have been in business long enough to refine their methods, deal with challenges, and deliver consistent value across a wide range of clients.

This kind of operational maturity is critical. It tells me that they don’t just understand theory—they’ve put their knowledge into practice and developed systems that work.

Results Always Come First

Experience is one thing—but outcomes matter most. I look for firms that can show a strong track record of helping businesses save money, improve operations, or increase efficiency. I review actual client success stories, look at before-and-after metrics, and ask tough questions about how they measure impact.

If the results aren’t consistent or meaningful, I don’t move forward. It’s that simple. I want to bring you solutions that clearly move the needle.

A Smooth, Respectful Process Matters

In every engagement, I aim to make the process as easy and low-lift as possible for my clients. That’s why I choose partners who share that mindset. I look for firms that have well-defined steps, good communication, and respect for your time.

They don’t overwhelm you with paperwork. They don’t ask for unnecessary meetings. And they know how to work behind the scenes while keeping you informed every step of the way. You have a business to run. My goal is to make sure the savings work happens without slowing you down.

Efficiency: Less Stress, More Value

I pay close attention to how efficiently a partner operates. That includes everything from how quickly they get started, to how clearly they present their findings, to how well they follow through.

The right partner isn’t just good at what they do—they’re good at how they do it. That saves everyone time and keeps things moving forward. I only work with firms that are organized, responsive, and committed to doing things right the first time.

I Stay Involved From Start to Finish

One of the most important parts of my role is coordination. When I bring in a partner, I don’t disappear—I manage the relationship, guide the process, and stay in regular contact with you and the team doing the work.

You’ll never be handed off to a stranger or left wondering what’s happening. I’m your point of contact throughout. I keep things on track and make sure you’re seeing the value every step of the way.

I’ve built NuSpark Profit around this approach—bringing together the right companies, at the right time, for the right reasons. If I introduce a partner into your business, it’s because I trust them to perform at the highest level. I stand behind that decision, and I stay involved to make sure they deliver.

If that’s the kind of relationship you’re looking for, I’d be glad to talk further.
